Birkirkara FC Honour Legend Stefan Sultana’s Beloved Daughter Greta in Emotional Pre-Match Gesture

Maltese football witnessed a deeply moving moment of unity and respect yesterday evening as Birkirkara FC paid a touching tribute to assistant coach Stefan Sultana and his late daughter, Greta.
Before the high-stakes clash against Sliema Wanderers, the Stripes family rallied around their icon to remember Greta, who tragically passed away last year. Sultana, an all-time legend of the Maltese game and former Ħamrun Spartans superstar, received an outpouring of love from across the entire football community during his unimaginable heartbreak.
To honour Greta’s memory, Birkirkara FC President Chris Cardona stepped onto the pitch to present the grief-stricken assistant coach with a special token of sympathy on behalf of the club.
