DOUBLE TROUBLE
Mosta FC have completed a clean sweep on the awards front as head coach Joe Grech and legendary technical director Mario Muscat were named joint winners of the prestigious LifeStar Insurance Best Coach Award for August!
The dynamic duo mastermind behind Mosta’s fairytale start to the VBET Malta Premier season stole the spotlight after guiding the Blues to an unbelievable 100% winning record in the opening month of the campaign. Mosta stood tall as the only team in the entire league to bag maximum points from their first three fixtures, pulling off high-voltage victories over Ħamrun Spartans, Balzan, and Birkirkara!
The brain trust received their official silverware on Sunday evening right before Mosta’s showdown against Sliema Wanderers, with LifeStar Insurance CEO Jonathan Camilleri handing over the trophy on the pitch.
Mosta FC broke the joyous news to their proud fanbase on social media:
“Mosta FC coach Joe Grech and Technical Director Mario Muscat have been named joint winners of the LifeStar Insurance Best Coach Award for August… It was an impressive month for Mosta, who remained the only team with a 100% record after three matches… Congratulations to Joe Grech and Mario Muscat on this well-deserved recognition!”
With Muscat’s legendary Maltese football pedigree combining with Grech’s tactical brilliance on the touchline, Mosta’s management team are firing on all cylinders. Can the dynamic duo keep the Blues riding high at the top of the table? Opposing managers have officially been put on notice!
