GHANAIAN MAGICIAN ERNEST AGYIRI HAS OFFICIALLY JOINED MOSTA FC AHEAD OF THE NEW SEASON.
The Maltese Premier League side sent shockwaves through local football today by confirming the blockbuster signing of former Manchester City starlet Ernest Agyiri.
The 28-year-old attacking powerhouse has officially put pen to paper with The Blues, with the club proudly announcing: “Mosta FC is pleased to announce that Ghanaian forward Ernest Agyiri has signed with the Blues for the upcoming season. Welcome Ernest!”
FROM MAN CITY TO MALTA
Agyiri, a product of the world-renowned Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, was snapped up by Premier League giants Manchester City in 2015.
Although he never made a senior appearance for Pep Guardiola’s side, the electric forward gained massive European experience during loan spells with Norwegian outfit Vålerenga, Belgian club Tubize, and Cypriot side Paralimni.
GOAL MACHINE ON THE PROWL
The prolific winger later established himself as an absolute fan favorite at Estonian powerhouse FCI Levadia, where he tore defenses apart with stunning long-range rockets and blistering speed.
Now, Agyiri brings his trademark flare, deadly left foot, and big-game mentality to Mosta FC as they aim to challenge the top order of Maltese football this term.
Fans are already buzzing with excitement as the Ghanaian maestro prepares to light up the pitch in the famous blue shirt. Will Ernest Agyiri be the signing of the season? Mosta fans certainly think so!
